Shampoo

Cleans without stripping. Salt-free and paraben-free, with an amino acid blend, wheat protein and panthenol, so hair comes out soft and easy to comb instead of squeaky and rough.

Mask

Deep nutrition with amla and coconut oils. It refills the fiber and closes the cuticle, so hair dries softer and visibly shinier on its own.

We did not license this line from a distributor. We built it around the two things that ruin hair in Central Florida: heat and humidity.

The at-home routine

Four steps. Ten minutes. Every wash.

Then comb it and let it air-dry. That is the entire point of the kit.

Cleanse

Shampoo on wet hair, massage the scalp, rinse. No salt, so it cleans without roughing the cuticle back open.

Nourish

Mask from mid-lengths to ends, 3 to 5 minutes. Twice a week, and always after the beach or the pool.

Protect

Leave-in on damp hair. Thermal and UV protection, and the comb suddenly glides instead of pulling.

Seal

One or two drops of Repairing Oil on the ends. Shine, slip, and a barrier the humidity cannot get through.

Before you ask

The honest answers

Do I need to have had a straightening for this to work?

No. Essential Nutrition is a nutrition and protection routine, not the aftercare of one specific procedure. It works on natural hair, on colored hair, and on hair with any chemical treatment, from any salon. What it does is feed the fiber, protect it from heat and humidity, and leave it aligned, soft and shiny.

Will my hair really dry straight without a flat iron?

Much smoother and much straighter than it does today. How straight depends on your natural texture. Very curly hair will not become pin straight from a shampoo, and we are not going to promise that. What the routine reliably does is cut frizz, align the fiber and let your hair air-dry soft, glossy and easy to manage, without tools.

Does it protect against heat?

Yes. The Leave-in Spray carries a thermal protectant and a UV filter. Use it on damp hair before any dryer, iron or sun exposure. The Repairing Oil then seals the ends, which is where heat damage shows up first.

What about Florida humidity?

Humidity is what makes dry, porous hair swell and frizz. The mask refills the fiber and the oil seals the cuticle, so there is far less room for moisture from the air to get in. That is the whole anti-frizz mechanism: nourish, then seal.

Is it safe for colored or chemically treated hair?

Yes, and this is exactly where it shines. The line is free of sodium chloride and parabens, the two ingredients most responsible for fading color and shortening a chemical treatment. It is safe on blondes, highlights, keratin, Brazilian blowouts and relaxers.

How long does the kit last?

For most people washing 2 to 3 times a week, the shampoo (300mL) and mask (200g) run about 2 to 3 months. The leave-in and the oil last longer, since they are used in very small amounts.

Can I use it if I am pregnant?

The line is free of formaldehyde, salt and parabens. As with any product during pregnancy, we recommend confirming with your doctor.
